Return

  • All electriycling.com’s e-bike and accessories will be unreturnable after 14 days of receiving the bike.

( Please ensures the preservation of both the outer box and inner packaging. In the event of a return, any additional requirements related to the outer box may incur charges. )

  • If a return has been approved, the customer is in charge of properly packaging the bike, and returning it to 4188 Arden Drive. El Monte, California, United States, 91731. Any damages caused during the shipping due to the lack of packaging will be deducted from the refund.
  • Return requirement:
  • Less than 10 miles on the odometer.
  • No major scratches or paint chips. Any attempt to hide scratches and chips will result in refund deduction.
  • Depending on the bike(s)' condition, a restocking fee of 10 - 30% will be charged. Orders outside the continental United States may charge a restocking fee of up to 50%.
  • A restocking fee of 3.5% will be charged for returned accessories including battery.
  • All the return order's freight will be on customers' own.

Cancellation of orders

Cancellation of e-bike orders after shipment, a restocking fee of 13% will be charged, and the shipping freight cost will be on customer's own.

A restocking fee of 3.5% will be charged for any order canceled before shipment. Refund will be available within 1-3 business days.

 

Refund

 

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase.

If a refund hasn't been posted to your account, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If a purchase becomes subject to any financial chargeback or dispute of any amount, and the possession of the product is under the consumer, the processing of the chargeback, dispute, or refund will not be processed until the product is returned back to electriycling.com. Under any ruling that the consumer will retain the product, electriycling.com reserves the right to indefinitely suspend the warranty at our discretion. Usually, following the resolution of the chargeback matter, the warranty will resume from the original payment date outlined in the Warranty, without extending the duration for the period when the warranty was suspended.

Upon receiving your bike, please immediately check whether your product is damaged.

Please indicate any damage to your product on the bill of lading, take photos of the remarks and damaged area, and send them to sales@electrictricycle.com for freight damaged claims.
